Oceanwood offers a variety of lodging options to fit your retreat needs.

Lodging & Accommodations

Oceanwood has several lodging facilities to meet your group’s needs ranging from hotel-style rooms, family-style cabins, and a large three-story dormitory center. All retreat lodging spaces are heated and have bathroom facilities. Meeting areas are made available to all overnight guests as part of your retreat package. 

  • To make a reservation, a complete CONTRACT and  DEPOSIT are required to hold retreat dates. 
  • Full payment of contract is expected at arrival time.
  • Check-in: 3pm. Check-out: 10am (cabins cleared and cleaned).
  • Oceanwood does not provide bed linens & pillows. All guests should bring sleeping bags or linens for their bed.

Holt Lodge

Nestled in the heart of camp, Holt Lodge is ideal for smaller groups of sixteen people, with two single beds per room, eight bedrooms, three bathrooms, and the coziest meeting room you will find! Holt is equipped with WIFI, a coffee and tea station, a full size refrigerator, and a working fireplace to support all your s’more needs!

Ataloa Village

Looking for that coastal cabin vibe? Ataloa Village is the answer! Cabins range in size from two- three bedrooms, and are situated around an outdoor community fire pit. Perfect for sing-a-longs and s’mores! Ataloa Village is home to Lawton Lodge, a spacious and rustic meeting center ideal for worship services, seminars, or breakout sessions. Large Ataloa cabins have small kitchenettes and outdoor grills. All cabins have refrigerators and sitting areas. See downloadable floor plans for cabin size and capacity.

Mitchell Hall

Mitchell Hall, attached to Holt Lodge, accommodates groups of up to 100 participants and provides a community-centered experience with three floors, a meeting room, and WIFI. Each room is equipped with four to eight bunk beds.

Does Oceanwood provide linens?

Guests are asked to provide their own linens, including sheets and pillows.

Should I schedule a tour before staying at Oceanwood?

We strongly encourage potential guests to schedule a tour of Oceanwood Camp and Conference Center before confirming their reservation. Email or call us to schedule a tour.

Does Oceanwood welcome groups from different walks of life?

Oceanwood does not discriminate against race, gender, faith, age, sexual orientation or disability. We open our doors to all faiths and backgrounds.

What time is Check in and Check out?

Check in time is 3PM and check out time is 10AM.

Does Oceanwood have WiFi?

Yes, Oceanwood has Wifi available in key areas around campus.

Is there parking at Oceanwood?

Yes, Oceanwood has ample parking throughout its campus.

Does Oceanwood provide meals?

Yes, Oceanwood can provide up to 3 meals a day for groups of all sizes and dietary needs.

Does Oceanwood have fire pits?

Yes, Oceanwood has multiple fire pits with surrounding benches for roasting marshmallows, sing-alongs and campfire stories. Wood is provided for guests.

Can I hold my wedding at Oceanwood?
Yes, Oceanwood is a beautiful and natural environment to host a wedding. Please Email or call us for more details.
Are pets allowed at Oceanwood?

Only service animals are allowed at Oceanwood. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring a service pet.
